Dear Customers and Partners,

we would like to inform you that on Wednesday, July 21st, 2021 between 9:00 - 11:00 (CEST) we are updating the MailZen infrastructure. With this change we will introduce the new Management Portal Multi-Factor-Authentication option for our Cloud-Customers.

There will be a scheduled downtime for approximately 30 minutes max. in this maintenance window.

During this update window, the following limitations may temporarily occur:

For Cloud customers
- temporarily no new registrations possible

For On-Premise customers
- temporarily no new registrations possible
- temporarily limited functionality, as long as they depend on our CLM (eg: Mail Verification)
