Dears customers and partners,

We are migrating the MailZen Cloud Portal to a new infrastructure and updating it to Version 2.63.
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen digital sovereignty and increase operational flexibility, we are moving the MailZen Cloud Portal from Microsoft Azure to Hetzner, a European hosting provider. This ensures that our services remain independent from US-based cloud infrastructure and gives us greater control over our platform.

What to expect:
• The MailZen Cloud Portal will be unavailable from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM CET today (March 11, 2026).
• Once completed, the portal will be running on Version 2.63 with improved performance and reliability.
• All existing accounts and data will be migrated seamlessly.

📱 Impact on MailZen Client & Gateway:
Existing users will not be affected by this migration — the MailZen Client will continue to work as expected. However, if your MailZen Gateway cannot reach the new IP address of the Cloud Portal after the migration, the following functions will be impacted:
• New users cannot be created
• ACLs (Access Control Lists) cannot be updated
• Licenses cannot be extended or updated
These limitations will persist until your Gateway can successfully connect to the new Cloud Portal IP.

⚠️ Important — IP Address Change:
The public IP address of the MailZen Cloud Portal will change to:

New IP: 91.98.71.148

Customers using the MailZen Cloud Portal in combination with a MailZen Gateway must ensure that outbound traffic to this new IP is permitted on TCP port 443 (HTTPS). Please verify your firewall and network rules to avoid the limitations described above.
